ROLL YOUR OWN TOBACCO
- Packs of roll your own tobacco will be treated in a similar way to cigar packs. Each pack that has a surface area greater than 75cm2 (e.g. Amber Leaf 50g pouch) is required to have a health warning (text) on the front of the pack and a health warning (pictorial) on the back of the pack, each being 22.5cm2
- Packs with a surface area of 75cm2 or less (e.g. Amber Leaf 12.5g) are required to have a health warning of 30% (text) front of pack and 40% (pictorial) back of pack
- The two rotational text health warnings on the FRONT of the
pack will remain the same
- The fiscal mark is centred on either the bottom third of the rear face or, if the pack shape or size will not permit this, centred on any single external face of the packet*
- On JTI's products the consumer care message has been
updated to reflect JT International's contact details and the 12.5g
pouch barcode is on the overlap
- The Amber Leaf flip top pack will have the same changes as
those made to packs of cigarettes with the exception that there is
no yield box (Tar/Nicotine/Carbon Monoxide)
