PIPE TOBACCO

Packs of pipe tobacco will be treated in a similar way to cigar packs. Each pack that has a surface area greater than 75cm² is required to have a health warning (text) on the front of the pack and a health warning (pictorial) on the back of the pack, each being 22.5cm²
Packs with a surface area of 75cm² or less are required to have a health warning of 30% (text) front of pack and 40% (pictorial) back of pack
The two rotational text health warnings on the FRONT of pack will remain the same
In order to accommodate the new pictorial health warnings the warning has moved from the bottom of the pack onto the rear overlap
No fiscal mark or yield box (Tar/Nicotine/Carbon Monoxide) is required
